Quartier 23 – super stylish living with HARO in Lüneburg

Rosenheim – Pioneering architecture combines sustainability with innovative ideas to create high-quality accommodation. The “Quartier 23 – Urban Park Living” project, which features HARO parquet, won Gold in the international dry construction competition.

Lüneburg, officially the Hanseatic Town of Lüneburg, is located south of Hamburg, on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. The city’s unique architecture, the quality of life on offer and the diverse range of cultural and leisure activities available make it an extremely popular place to both live and visit. Lüneburg combines the medieval Hanseatic flair for Brick Gothic and gabled buildings with the dynamics and lifestyle of a young university town.

17 high-quality apartments have been created inside a strikingly designed building in the Hanseviertel (Hanseatic Quarter). When designing the project, the architectural firm q:arc focused heavily on ensuring that the modern building would fit harmoniously in with the urban park situated right next to it. The spacious apartments were developed using modern, robust dry construction systems. Intricate, intelligent spatial planning and sweeping staircase designs went into every apartment, making them truly unique.

Winner in international dry construction competition

An international competition is held every two years in which the best dry construction projects from various different sectors win awards. For the first time ever, the German company Heide-Aktiv-Trockenbau beat off all the competition in the “Housing” category with the “Quartier 23” project in Lüneburg to bag the coveted international trophy.

Exclusive apartments featuring high-quality HARO Plank 1-Strips

The apartment complex is truly eye-catching both on the outside and on the inside thanks to timeless architecture and understated elegance. The HARO parquet flooring, which was laid in every room, only serves to emphasize the high value of the individually designed apartments. A total of 1,500 m² of Plank 1-Strips ensure that all of the living areas boast a pleasant indoor atmosphere, natural qualities and a sense of calm. The generous appearance of the planks fits in perfectly with the extraordinary layout and design of the space, where beautifully curved walls play a major, “supporting” role.

Sustainable urban living with a country feel – Quartier 23 in Lüneburg is an award-winning, pioneering project for the future of housing.
