Online and offline services perfectly intermeshed: The MEISTER Interior Designer with new wish list function

The MEISTER Interior Designer is a valuable tool for visualising floors in your own home. Many end customers are unsure what a floor will look like in their room. Would a darker tone or a lighter colour be more suitable?

What about the format – long planks or perhaps tiles instead? And how does the floor fit with my sofa? All these questions can be easily answered using our Interior Designer. Simply upload a photo of your room, select the flooring and you’re good to go!

Coded watch list you can share
A completely new feature, unique on the market, is a special watch list function, in which online and offline consulting are perfectly inter-meshed. The watch list, on which you can collect your favourite floors, has an individual code. This code can be sent by email so that the watch list can be easily accessed on another computer. Alternatively, the watch list can also be downloaded as a PDF and printed out. The code can subsequently be entered manually on www.meister.com or accessed via a QR code.

Continuation of online consulting in specialist trade
Now specialist retailers can advise their customers on flooring that they have already looked at online. Alternatively, customers can be sent the watch list containing the discussed floors by email after the appointment, so that they can easily access it at home. Starting direct-ly from the watch list, the selected flooring can then be viewed digitally in your own room via the Interior Designer. “We are delighted to be able to offer our specialist retailers this new function,” explains Jörg Peterburs, Head of Marketing at MeisterWerke. “The easy and convenient intermeshing of online and offline services is absolutely essential in the present time, and an important plus point when it comes to customer consulting for specialist trade.”
