Lindura® in the kitchen

Can a wooden floor also be installed in the kitchen? Yes, it can! If you have an open kitchen, it is wonderful to extend the wooden floor from the living room to the kitchen.

This looks much more spacious and, moreover, the space becomes more one whole. A wooden floor for the kitchen has been specially treated to be placed as a kitchen floor. A good example is the sustainable wooden floors from MEISTER‘s Lindura range.

Oiled and lacquered wooden floors

Because water can end up on a kitchen floor more often, the wooden floors must be well finished. A layer of lacquer is the best water-resistant finish, but even oiled wooden floors also resist moisture and stains well. The castle planks from the HD 400 collection (12 naturally oiled floors and 12 floors with ultra-matt lacquer) are highly technically developed and even have an AquaStop impregnation of the edges, which makes them water resistant for up to 24 hours and suitable for damp rooms. This provides even more security for the kitchen and the floor, and even makes it possible to use them as a bathroom floor.

The naturally oiled planks from the 'Weartec Nature' series have breathable and moisture-regulating properties that ensure a healthy living climate. The innovative ultra-matt lacquer provides stain resistance with anti-fingerprint effect and high resistance to micro-scratches and wear and gives the kitchen a beautiful natural look. Both perfect for the kitchen!

Herringbone in the kitchen

In addition to the various wall-to-wall castle plank formats, MEISTER also offers herringbone floors in eight colours. Beautiful as a floor for different kitchen styles! The eight surfaces with ultra-matt lacquer beautifully reflect the herringbone trend in a sustainable and resource-saving wooden floor concept.
