Wood construction in focus at our keynotes
The focus topic "Prefab Building Processes" is in the spotlight at our keynotes. Mechanical engineer and lawyer Bernd Oswald, Co-Founder of GROPYUS, is shaking up the timber construction industry with his innovative solutions and realizing buildings as fully integrated end-to-end processes. Professor Achim Menges is a winner of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize and founding director of the Institute for "Computational Design and Construction" at the University of Stuttgart. His research focuses on the development of integral design processes at the interface of morphogenetic design computation, biomimetic engineering and computer-aided manufacturing.
