Due to the constant development and manufacture of new products, investments in machines and new production capacities, Auer Metallprofile can better and better fulfill the wishes of the customers and offer an even larger repertoire of services.

The product range currently includes over 6500 products made of aluminium, brass, PVC and stainless steel for indoor and outdoor use, including a large selection of stair nosings, transition profiles, skirting boards, two- and three-part system profiles, tile separation and expansion joint profiles, stair rods, insert -, ramp and special profiles; everything you need for the various types of flooring, such as laminate, parquet, carpet, tiles and LVT/design flooring. There is also a range of photoluminescent and LED-illuminated products, as well as a large selection of accessories.

In addition to the catalog, AMP manufactures profiles on request as a problem solver and also offers a huge range of services, such as production to final dimensions, miter cuts, special drilling patterns, production of other colours and surfaces (anodized, RAL powder-coated, enamelled, gold-plated, burnished, matted, polished , ...), profile bends according to radius or template and much more, since individual construction situations and customer requirements also require flexible profile solutions. In addition to a laser punching nipple center, the profile manufacturer's machine park has recently also included a laser welding system in order to optimize existing products and enable new ones.

The new year 2023 is now starting with new energy - so does Auer Metallprofile - the profile manufacturer has again implemented a number of innovations for 2023. In order to increase the selection of design covering profiles, the Auer team now offers the tile separator profile with a wide support leg (518) no longer just for 3 mm coverings, but also for 2.5 mm covering heights.

This profile can be used on the floor as an edge joint cover or as a skirting board for attachment to the wall.
In the spring there will be a new version of the popular AMP standard sample case. A wide range of high-quality profiles for everyday use, but also rare special profiles and the most important profile innovations for 2023 are clearly presented to customers in the case.

The previous range of ramp profiles of 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm will be expanded in 2023 by heights of 10 mm, 15 mm and 22 mm and at the same time suitable accessories such as straight connectors, 90° corner connectors and flexible corner connectors will be added - for the professional laying of ramps, intermediate floors, exhibition stands and platforms.

On the one hand, a 20 mm wide and 3 mm thick, discreet but stable bridge transition profile made of aluminum was designed, which is available in the colours silver and stainless steel with a fine finish. Other colours, be it anodized, enamel or RAL powder-coated, are of course available on request, as always at Auer.

On the other hand, black anodized has now been added as the standard colour for the 10 mm and 18 mm angle profiles, as well as the 28 mm and 38 mm transition profiles, which means that this colour is immediately available for these items. Although black anodized profiles have been sporadically produced at AMP for around 20 years on request within a few days, black has not yet been included as a standard colour in the catalog range, due to the sustainable production setting not wanting to bind too much material inflexibly. Due to its continuing popularity, this colour has now been added to selected products in order to further increase the customer advantage in terms of speed in this regard.

Because the wishes of the customers are always the focus at Auer Metallprofile. It is therefore not surprising that a whole series of smooth insert profiles, without grooves on the tread, has now been launched in order to do justice to even more creative laying situations. In detail, these are the aluminum insert profiles 3 mm, 5 mm, 8.5 mm and 15.5 mm, as well as with a 7 mm nose in the slide-in heights of 3 mm and 5 mm. These are now available in silver and stainless steel coloured anodised.
