The TRIO three-disc sanding machine, a well-rounded product - and has been for 30 years now!

Scratches, sanding marks, chatter marks, color differences or even cloud formation after sealing - these are frequent reasons for complaints when it comes to the processing of wooden floors.
Many a time a real nightmare for the craftsman.
Added to this are the high demands of customers in terms of quality, design, color or surface structure.

If, for example, a wooden floor is to be renovated, the necessary work should ideally have been completed yesterday. And in no case should a basic cleaning of the apartment be necessary afterwards. After all, you want to be able to occupy the room in question again as soon as possible.
All of this challenges the craftsman again and again, but he can overcome them hassle-free with the help of the TRIO three-disc sanding machine from Lägler!

First introduced on the German market in 1993, it is now a synonym for the creation of premium-quality wood surfaces worldwide.
If a floor is to be colored, a perfect sanding pattern is essential! This can be achieved with the TRIO in the simplest way. When sanding, its three sanding discs always rest fully on the floor, yet it can be moved with minimal effort.

Produced almost unchanged to this day, over the years it has undergone some optimizations and the range of accessories available for it has been expanded.

With the brushing discs especially developed for the TRIO, it is very easy to create natural, strikingly structured wood surfaces. After all, textured surfaces are very much in vogue today!
The brushing discs are available with nylon filaments for softwood and with brass or stainless steel bristles for hardwood.

With the optional milling discs, the machine can also be used to remove, for example, adhesive or carpet residues on screeds.
With its integrated suction system, the TRIO enables virtually dust-free processing of wooden floors. An unbeatable argument for craftsmen and customers who attach importance to low dust exposure.

Trend-setting to this day, this real three-disc sanding machine is due to its direction-free operation during sanding! No matter which laying pattern is present, with this machine it does not have to be observed! The user sands the floor according to his requirements and wishes, without having to consider the wood fiber direction.
The processing of finished parquet is particularly delicate. This is because it often has only a very usable layer.
Here, too, the TRIO can score points, as its flexible sanding discs always adapt to the floor, thus reducing the risk of removing too much of the thin usable layer.

Not to be left unmentioned are the time savings in sanding that can be achieved, according to Lägler, if the TRIO is consistently included in the processing of wooden floors.
For this purpose, the sanding machine manufacturer has developed a special training concept called Premium Sanding Technique (PST®), which can be taught to craftsmen in the company's own seminar center.

A TRIO can still do its job reliably even after 30 years in service!
The visitors of the last Tools Day, which took place on March 3 and 4 in Güglingen-Frauenzimmern, could personally convince themselves of this.
Master carpenter Sven Weil, from Rockenberg in Hesse, brought along his TRIO, which was manufactured in 1993, and shared his experience and enthusiasm for this machine with the interested craftsmen.

In addition, there were the most diverse demonstrations on the TRIO. Among other things, visitors could see how an oak parquet floor was textured right before their eyes with the TRIO stainless steel brushes in the shortest possible time. The result was impressive!
