Among its products developed for the integrity of interior coatings, PRODESO® DRAIN 5 SYSTEM is the innovative membrane that gives large sizes XXL tiles an unprecedented duration, even on cracked, concrete and moisture-sensitive substrates. Made of 3 layers and only 5 mm thick, it is composed of a high-density polyethylene sheet, provided with truncated pyramid cavities with a semi-circular base, to which a drainage layer is thermo-welded at the top. A polypropylene spunbond is bonded to the underside of the membrane to ensure it is glued to the bottom.

Assuring unique and relaxing moments while avoiding tile problems is essential not only in the living room or in the kitchen, but also in the bathroom: that is why Progress Profiles has patented the electrical heating system PRODESO HEAT GRIP SYSTEM, which is a cost-effective, time-efficient and energy-saving solution that suits any floor or existing surface. The shaped reliefs of the uncoupling, waterproofing membrane PRODESO HEAT GRIP MEMBRANE, 8,5 mm thick, guarantee a perfect fixing of the heating cable. PRODESO HEAT GRIP CABLE, with a 6.5 mm diameter, has many resistances in parallel circuit, which if damaged don’t interrupt the heating transmission of the entire system. The PRODESO HEAT GRIP THERMOSTAT allows to adjust all settings of the system and easily control energy consumption, using an application on Android or Apple devices.

To help installers make a state-of-the-art laying the Italian company proposes PROLEVELING SYSTEM and PROLEVELING WEDGE SYSTEM. Thanks to its transparency, the first one makes it possible to keep the alignment of the tile joints under control and, with two elements only, is practical and easy to use, as it does not require pincers or other tools. The second system, made up of levelers, wedges and pliers, provides many advantages: the direct attachment of spacers onto the base, a greater adhesion surface between the adhesive and the tile, a specific colour for each leveler, suitable to different grout lines and tile’s thickness.
In interior design no detail should be overlooked, especially when it comes to flooring where the choice of finish can strongly determine the perception of the environment. Progress Profiles offers more than 30 different skirting boards to protect any floor, while creating elegant contrasts or achieving a perfect colour match with wall coverings. They range from PVC, aluminium or stainless steel models that can be customized with numerous finishes - polished, satin-finished, painted, etc. - and in different heights up to 150 mm. Among them, there are also flush-to-wall models or those with integrated LEDs. The latest ones are PROMULTISKIRT SQUARE and ROUND, equipped with pre-engravings on the back to cut them quickly before installation without being damaged, available in 10, 8 or 6 cm heights.

Progress Profiles’ research for innovative laying solutions extends also to outdoors such as verandas, terraces, gardens and balconies. To renovate them quickly and safely, the Italian company has developed PROSUPPORT TUBE SYSTEM, which creates floating floors from 29 up to 1,000 mm high without demolishing or removing those underneath, ensuring long-lasting results. The modular system consists of a base, a ferrule, a screw, two heads, and a set of tubes. The possibility to make a self-leveling or fixed laying simply turning the screw 180 degrees makes the installation practical and intuitive. In combination with PROSUPPORT TUBE SYSTEM, Progress Profiles has also patented PRORAIL SYSTEM: consisting of Prorail or Prorail Ret - two aluminum joists shaped or smooth respectively - Prorail Ring joist fastening ring, two cross spacers with removable flaps (Prorail Spacer), and the anti-noise and anti-slip Prorail Rubber, it allows the quick installation of ceramic, marble, wood, WPC or composite slabs of any size.
